Within my 6 years experience in human resources and occupational safety (across multiple industries) my conviction and passion has always remained the same; helping people navigate their way through the cycles of employment and supporting their progress through training, guidance and mentorship.
My extensive experience has helped me carve out a niche in streamlining processes, up-skilling and giving people support to effectively carry out their jobs, particularly those who are new to the industry and/or transitioning.
Working within senior corporate positions of global companies I've had first hand experience in succeeding through the ranks and working as a manager and alongside managers, I have been afforded with valuable knowledge to help my clients identify what employers look for when it comes to the ideal employee.
